SALES OPERATOR – DENTAL TOURISM-INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES WELCOME

For one of our partner companies operating in the dental tourism industry, we are looking for motivated and results-oriented Sales Operators to communicate with international clients and support them throughout the sales process.

Main Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients by phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels
• Present the clinic’s treatments, services and available offers
• Understand each client’s needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Follow clients from the first contact until treatment confirmation
• Respond to questions and handle objections professionally
• Build trust and maintain effective communication with international clients
• Record and update client information accurately
• Follow up consistently with potential and existing clients
• Work toward individual and team sales targets
• Collaborate with the clinical and coordination teams

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telesales, call centers, customer service or a similar position
• Experience in dental tourism, medical tourism or healthcare sales is an advantage
• Excellent command of English and/or Italian
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
• Confidence when communicating with clients by phone
• Results-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets
• Professional, proactive and responsible attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
