CLINICAL COORDINATOR – INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES WELCOME

For one of our partner companies operating in the dental tourism industry, we are looking for a professional and customer-focused Clinical Coordinator to support international patients and coordinate the clinic’s daily activities.

Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist international patients throughout their experience
• Coordinate patient appointments and daily schedules
• Ensure clear communication between patients, doctors and clinical staff
• Follow up with patients before, during and after their treatment
• Organize the daily flow of patients within the clinic
• Handle patient requests and unexpected situations professionally
• Support administrative and operational processes
• Maintain accurate patient information and documentation
• Contribute to delivering a high-quality customer experience

Requirements:

• Previous experience in clinical coordination, customer service, reception, administration or a similar role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Very good command of English and/or Italian
• Strong customer-service orientation
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with medical and administrative teams
• Previous experience in healthcare or dental tourism is an advantage
