Underwriter Trainee – FinTech

🎯 What will you do?
Analyze bank statements, credit reports, and financial documentation;
Assess risk and the business’s ability to repay financing;
Analyze cash flow and banking activity;
Prepare preliminary financing analyses and recommendations;
Collaborate with the Sales team and experienced Underwriters;
Participate in a multi-month training program focused on professional development in Underwriting.

🔎 Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Management, or a related field
✔ C1 English, both written and spoken
✔ Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
✔ Critical thinking and decision-making abilities
✔ Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation is considered an advantage
✔ Previous experience in Credit Analysis/Underwriting is a plus
✔ Strong willingness to learn and develop in an analytical role

📍 Tirana | In-office🕒 Monday–Friday | Rotating shifts: 2:30 PM–10:30 PM / 4:00 PM–12:00 AM
